10% off American Airlines flights by playing Disney game. Combine with a Tier point run for maximum effect!

As per Mommy Points, Disney have an online game to get 10% off American Airlines flights. Be quick because there are only 100 000 of them to give away! I imagine this news of this promotion will spread like wildfire.

The game is extremely simple, as you only need to collect 3 of these emblems to qualify for the 10% discount code:

The email which contains the code says it's specific to the email address entered. Whether that's to be believed I don't know!

From The Flight Deal, terms and conditions are:

  • Book by August 31st

  • For travel from August 15th – November 15th

  • Blackout dates of August 31st and September 2nd (so will not work on Labor Day weekend basically)

  • Depart from the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands to anywhere with American service (must be on American or American Eagle. No codeshares)

  • Up to 2 passengers per reservation.

Now…I see best usage of this for those pondering whether to do a tier point run. Since the code works for flights departing the USA and Puerto Rico too, you might be further tempted by the Las Vegas to San Juan (and vice versa) tier point run which I highlighted a while back. It'll bring the net cost per tier point down further, especially if you're thinking of partnering up on one. I know I'm sorely tempted by it!
