Hilton 30% Asia Pacific, BA launches flights between London City – Munich, BEA New Livery
Hilton 30% off Asia Pacific
Hilton have a sale for the Asia-Pacific region if you are heading that way. The headline rate is 30% off the normal price, so probably a little less off any advanced purchase prices.
It is a little unclear when the dates of the sale is supposed to end as it looks like they have copied and pasted old terms and conditions so the dates are out by more than a year, but if you click and book using the special sale landing page and dig around for dates then you might be lucky.

BEA New Livery
Following last week’s high profile retro livery launch of the BOAC Boeing 747, British Airways yesterday announced a second aircraft to undergo a new paint job. This will be an A319 with registration G-EUPJ and is due into the Shannon maintenance centre this weekend, due to arrive back in London Heathrow next month.
To comply with modern reflectivity regulations the aircraft will have a grey upper wing rather than the traditional red from the old livery 1959-68.
In this visually-heavy social media world, the arrival of G-BYGC gained significant traction across all channels. While not having quite the same romantic appeal as putting new make up on the Queen of the Skies, the A319 will probably end up being spotted by more people as it is a short haul plane and will do as many as 6-8 flights in a single day.
