Doesn’t work for Chicago — I tried ORD-> Shanghai on the same dates and the airfare came out over 700EU…
Chicago-Shanghai is probably sold out. It prices out fine for Beijing 18-26th Feb 2020. The same dates give $538USD which isn’t quite as good as the headline but still not bad.
