€1440 Business Class LATAM fares between Amsterdam and São Paulo.

LATAM, the big South American airline that was merged from the Chilean LAN and the Brazilian TAM, rarely gets a mention on this blog though it is a OneWorld alliance member with an understandably stronger connection to the Spanish sibling of British Airways.

There is currently a good deal between Amsterdam to São Paulo, Brazil, pricing out at €1440 to €1460 depending on which route you take. You will need to book by 31st January 2019, and fly by 31st October 2019. There is a minimum 3 nights stay. You can book via LATAM's website, or via an Online Travel Agent like Skyscanner.

Since LATAM does not fly non-stop to Amsterdam you will need to transfer at one of their European hubs, the cheapest and probably most sensible being London on BA, or Madrid on Iberia if you want to maximise your Tier Points and Avios collection. A round trip should yield 360 Tier Points.

Be warned, if you fly via London your Heathrow to São Paulo leg will be operated on the old sloping business class seats in their Boeing 777s. Although if you book for later in the year, these new seats should be rolled out.

Or if you go via Madrid then you are guaranteed to go in their A350 with already-decent Premium Business Class lie-flat seats.

The choice is yours!
